Zhengzhou MG dry mortar ribbon mixer is developed based on the U-type horizontal spiral ribbon mixer which has been distributed to a lot of cities by us, after times of improvement. Since it is designed with three -layer successive spiral ribbons, it may have three layers of material flows; therefore, during the convention process, the materials maybe mixed rapidly and evenly in such a manner of penetrating through each other and accomplishing displacement.

4. Working Principle of CE Certificated Ribbon Mixer Blender.
When the ribbon mixer works, the outer and inner screw ribbon blade driven by high speed rotating shaft, mixing the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blade forced the material to sides ,outer screw ribbon blade forced sides material to inward, mix the materials back and forth. In the same time, some material driven by screw ribbon do the radial motion, to form the convective mixing, so to achieve uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.
