1, A high degree of intelligence. It is controlled by the PLC control system and realizes automatic automation of automatic feeding, automatic batching, automatic weighing, automatic conveying, automatic mixing, automatic packaging and automatic pallatizing.

Raw Material
1. Cementing material: cement, lime, plaster.
2. Aggregate: yellow sand, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, expanded perlite etc.
3. Mineral admixture: industrial byproduct, industrial slag, fly ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.
4. Water-retention and thickening material.
5. Chemical additives.
Applications
The final product of our dry mix powder mortar plant include all kinds of dry mortar, such as wall putty, skim coat, plaster mortar, gypsum mortar, ceramic tile adhesive, tile glue, tile grout, tile joint, etc.
Working Princple
When the dry mortar manufacturing plant works, firstly, different kinds of raw material will be transported into the silos by bucket elevator or pump truck, secondly, different kinds of raw material will be conveyed from the raw material silo to the automatic weighing scale in the ratio of formula by screw conveyor, thirdly, the premix raw material will be lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator, fourthly, the premix material will get into the twin shaft paddle mixer and be mixed uniformly, fifthly, the mixed material will get into the automatic packing machine and be packed, finally, the packed bag will be conveyed to next process by the belt conveyor.
