4. The use of a biaxial mixer( Twin shaft mixer) has high mixing uniformity, and materials with large differences in physical properties such as specific gravity, particle size and shape do not easily segregate when mixed in the mixer.
Working Princple
When the dry mortar manufacturing plant works,firstly,different kinds of raw material will be transported into the silos by bucket elevator or pump truck,secondly,different kinds of raw material will be conveyed from the raw material silo to the automatic weighing scale in the ratio of formula by screw conveyor,thirdly,the premix raw material will be lifted into the premix hopper by bucket elevator,fourthly,the premix material will get into the twin shaft paddle mixer and be mixed uniformly,fifthly,the mixed material will get into the automatic packing machine and be packed,finally,the packed bag will be conveyed to next process by the belt conveyor.
