 4. What should we do if the mixer rotates hard?
The main function of the dry powder mortar mixer is to mix and stir various raw materials in the tank. If the dry powder mortar mixer is difficult to stir, there are generally two reasons. One is the lack of power. Another reason for using a small mixer or using a low-speed mixer is that the amount of water added is insufficient. Enough water must be added in accordance with the production ratio so that the machine can run normally. 
5. What should we do if there is material agglomeration?
The agglomeration of materials may be the reason that too many materials are stirred and input at one time during operation. We can place the agglomerated materials statically for two or three minutes, and the materials will loosen by themselves. Another reason may be that the storage time of the production materials is too long. , or the external conditions of material storage are not up to standard, in this case we can only replace the material, and then pay attention to the storage space of the raw material in the
 next production must be kept dry and ventilated. 
 
6. What should we do if the mixer doesn't mix the material average?
The reason for the uneven mixing of dry mortar may be that the operator put the material first and then add water, and the second may be that the size or power of the mixer selected by the user is not suitable.
