Our development and production of high efficient combined three-cylinder rotary dryer is mainly used for certain humidity and particle size range materials,such as dry mortar industry used sand,river sand,quartz sand,garnet sand and various sizes sand of foundry industries,blast furnace slag for building materials used in cement industry,the small size of clay,small particles materials which use for the chemical industry no chemical changes,can bear high temputure and dust soilded.After drying the moisture content of materials less than 1%-0.5%,can meet different industries requirement of final moisture after drying material.Drying material require not stick cylinder wall and lifting plate is approprite,heat exchange gas temperature not higher than 750degrees celsius before into the dryer,if have special requirements on high tempuature drying,the entrance of the drying machine,the cylinder inner and lifting plate can be made by heat-resistant steel plate.

1.Compared with single cylinder dryer the machine length shortens 60%, in favour of process arrangement. Reduces workshop covered area, reduced the project investment by 40%. Occupation area: about 20m2.
2. Adopted lates technology, cylinder self insulation, thermal efficiency is as high as 80% (single cylinder dryer is only 35% percent), thermal efficiency than single cylinder drying saves coal 68%, yields 100%.
3. Heat-resisting wear-resisting alloy steel plate, four times than ordinary steel wear-resisting. Long service life and easy maintenance.
4. High thermal efficiency, outside shell temperature below 60 °C (single cylinder dryer outside shell temperature as high as 150°C), output of low temperature, discharging temperature below 60 °C.
5. Output of low temperature, be helpful for dust collector to use a long time, can be directly supporting air tank pulse bag filter.
6. Construction investment reduces 50%, power consumption reduces 60%.
7. Adopts roller rotation, no need reducer.
8. Hot air stove can supporting fluidezed bed, spray stove, hands burned furnace, also used in fuel and gas type, can bake the below 20 mm pieces of materials, aggregates, powder material.
9. After drying the moisture content of materials at 1-0.5% and below, which can meet different industries requirement.

The fuel of the sand dryer can be based on your requirement, you can use coal, wood, gais or diesel, for coal and wood, we will equip you the furnance, for gas or diesel, we equip you gas burner or diesel burner as requirement.

This sand dryer after installation occupy about 25mX4m. the height about 4.5m. You can make a shade for the sand dryer, around can be open.
