MG Multi Spiral Ribbon Mixer is the latest three layer ribbon blade mixing design updated from U-type horizontal ribbon mixer through several times improvement.
Working principle: Through rotating shaft at high speed, the outer and inner screw ribbon blades can turn over the material in maximum, inner screw ribbon blades force the material to sides, outer screw ribbon blades force sides material to inward, mixing the materials back and forth. In the same time, some material driven by screw ribbon to form the convective mixing. So that material can achieve good uniform mixing effect in relatively short time.
